Whilst we seek to ship your products and have it delivered to you as soon as possible, our estimated timeline is as follows.

Packing & Order Fulfilment - 3 Working Days

Delivery - 3 to 4 Working Days

If your product has not been received by you within 7 working days from the date of order, please do contact us at contact@tatea.sg and we will assist accordingly.

Please do take note that the above does not take into account public holidays and from time to time certain delays may occur.
