TATea sells tea's that are made with natural TCM ingredients such as Ginseng, Goji Berries, Hawthorne and more.

We recommend brewing our tea's in a teapot if available, however brewing it in a mug would suffice.

It is our recommendation that you seep the teabag in hot water for at least 3-5 minutes before consuming, however there is no fixed rule and it all depends on your personal preference on how "thick" you'd like your tea to be.

There are a variety of factors, however our teabags can typically brew up to 5 cups before "losing" it's flavor.

Each of our tea's are specially crafted for a variety of benefits.

For example, Goddess Tea promotes anti-ageing, promotes skin health and nourishing blood.

Glow Elixir Tea promotes detoxifying, debloating, promotes natural weight loss and more.

We recommend looking through the description of each of our tea to learn more about the benefits of them.

Yes, we have a team of TCM specialists whom have underwent years of training as well as experience. They have carefully crafted and finetuned our recipes.

We recommend storing your tea's in a dry and cool environment. Do ensure to keep it away from direct sunlight.

If at all possible, we would suggest that the tea's are kept in the refrigerator for extended shelf life.

Furthermore as our bags are resealable, we would recommend that measures are taken to ensure that the bag is fully sealed at all times.

Unfortunately at this current moment, we do not have any tracking feature available. However as we partner with J&T Express Singapore, you would be able to check on the status of your parcel via their platform.

We take great pride and care in quality control of our products especially due to the fact that it is afterall a perishable item.
